Amazing Hotel with Fantastic Staff

The views from my room, specifically room 2223, were amazing. The hotel has a definite wow factor. Even the lifts and walls are amazing. I found the staff to be fantastic, without any exception. My daughter especially enjoyed the kid-friendly hours provided in the pool area.
I noticed that the nearest parking was a fifteen-minute walk away, though the location was perfect!

The hotel is very well located for Shoreditch and Hackney. It offers easy access to public transport. The hotel is within easy reach of public transport, very convenient.

The hotel offers a tasty buffet breakfast with food of the best quality. The coffee is very good filter coffee and a waitress pours it. I enjoyed the fabulous lunch cooked from their Big Green Egg.

unreliable electronic system uncomfortable room temperature
The fitness center was adequate. It included the basics.
The electronic system in the room seemed unreliable. The automatic blind failed to respond on several occasions. I had difficulty adjusting the room temperature to a comfortable level, and it remained too warm despite my efforts.. This was a disappointing experience.

helpful staff calm staff beautiful room fridge charge room intrusion safety feeling
the staff were perfect. they were helpful, friendly, accommodating and calm. the whole place had a blissful atmosphere with dimmed lighting. i also liked smooth effective technology. the room was beautiful.
i was charged for looking at items in the fridge but not using them. someone entered the room while i was showering. they said they were checking if our room was made up. i didnt feel safe at night.
